Consultations are handled entirely by email, so there is no need to schedule a call. Once your question and all required documents have been reviewed, you will receive an invoice by email with a secure link for credit card payment. After payment is received, your written reimbursement consultation will be prepared and sent to you by email.

We will respond with instructions on what we need for the review, how to submit your materials, our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA compliance (if necessary), and an invoice with a payment link once a payment is required.

Basic Written Consultation: $50 - $125 For a focused question that requires limited review.
Detailed Reimbursement Consultation: $150 - $250 For issues requiring review of EOBs/ERAs, payer correspondence, plan language, policies, or multiple documents.
Complex Strategy Consultation: $300+ For complicated reimbursement disputes requiring significant analysis, research, or a written strategic roadmap.
