If submitting a case for review, please provide your name, business name, email address, and a brief overview of your issue. We'll reply with the information needed for the case review and, if needed, instructions for submitting your materials. If necessary, we'll also provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA compliance. For our consulting and appeal services, we'll send an invoice with a PayPal payment link when payment is required, and it is due before we send you the written consulting or appeal(s). Payment for our Revenue Recovery services is only due when recovery is made.
