Assessment Fee Policy
Cases that require a review and analysis are subject to a $99 Assessment Fee.
Provide your name, email address, and a brief overview of your case. We will respond with instructions on what we need for the review, how to submit your materials, our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA compliance, and payment options if an Assessment Fee applies.
Once your signed BAA is on file and any required Assessment Fee is received, we will review your case and provide recommendations for next steps.
